Retail shipping is facilitated through USPS Priority Mail, complete with delivery confirmation. Typically, your item should arrive within five business days. In cases where we are temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification.

For urgent concerns, please email us, and we will prioritize your request.

For wholesale orders, shipping is conducted via UPS. Tracking numbers will be promptly emailed if your contact information includes an email address.

Should any issues arise with your order or if you intend to initiate a return, please email our sales team immediately. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding original shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must remain in their unused, original condition. Exchanges can be facilitated for a different item or size, or a store credit can be issued.
